FAQ:

Question: How do I order a framed print?
Answer: Under "Select Poster Style", choose one of the 3 framed options. 

Question: Can I frame the print myself?
Answer: Yes, our prints can be framed in a 30x20" frame. 

 Question: I don't have the weight or length of my fish. What should I do?
Answer: No problem! Us a tape measure to guestimate the length of your fish. You may then choose the "No Plaque" option. If you want to guestimate your weight, there are relative weight to size charts available online to help guide you. 

Question: How will my fish be laid out on the paper if it's 21 inches?
Answer: The fine art paper used for the print is 30 inches in length and your fish will be placed in the center. Please refer to the "Size Reference" in the photo examples to get a better idea. 

Question: How long will it take get my print?
Answer: Once your order has been submitted, it will take 3-4 business days in production. You will receive an e-mail once it has shipped with tracking information. Things that will delay your order: Miss-spelled information or unclear information entered (anything that will cause our designers to have to reach out and verify what you entered). 

Question: I accidently entered the wrong information. What do I do?
Answer: Contact us immediately through our Contact Us section. If your order has not been processed we will make the change. Unfortunately, if your order has been produced you will receive the item with what was entered. PLEASE proof what you have enter prior to submitting. WE ENTER EXACTLY WHAT YOU TYPE IN THE FIELD.
