1. Shipping & Production

Q: How long does it take to get my print or sticker?
A: Once submitted, orders take 2-3 business days to produce. You’ll get an email with tracking information once it ships. Delays can occur if the entered fish details are unclear or need verification, so please proof your entry carefully. 

Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Yes! we are currently running FREE SHIPPING STOREWIDE.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Q: What if my printed item or sticker arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We will reprint and ship free of charge any damaged or incorrectly printed items. We do require a submitted photo of the claimed damages.  

3. Product Sizing & Options

Q: What sizes are available?

• Stickers: sizes available are 5.5" & 7.5" 

• Prints (Posters): Options range from 14″ × 11″ to 30″ × 20″,

• Throw Pillows: A standard size is 20″ × 14″

Q: Will the printed fish be to scale?
A: Most of our large prints offer an exact length of your fish option. Fish will be printed to the length entered by customer. For pillows, the artwork is not to scale—it's formatted to fit the 20″ pillow size. 

Q: What materials are used for prints and durability?

• Stickers: Scratch-, UV-, and water-resistant vinyl that stays vibrant outdoors for up to 3 years. 

• Prints:

  • Unframed: 175 gsm fine art paper, matte finish—ideal for indoor use.

  • Framed: Printed on LexJet Premium 200 gsm paper with a protective acrylic cover and included hanging kit. Available in black, walnut, or white frames. 

4. Customization Process

Q: What happens if I enter wrong fish details (e.g., length or name)?
A: Our system prints exactly what you type in. If you catch the error before production, email via the Contact Us page to request a correction. After production, the order cannot be changed. 

Q: How do I order a framed print?
A: On the print product page, select the “framed” option under “Select Poster Style.” You can also choose to frame it yourself if you prefer. 

5. Conversion Tools

Q: I weigh my fish in pounds and ounces. How do I convert that to decimal pounds?
A: Use the Ounces to Decimals Conversion Chart on the site to convert your scale reading to decimal form. For example, 0.5 lb is 8 ounces, 0.25 lb is 4 ounces, etc. 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept a variety of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay—ensuring secure checkout across platforms. 

Q: Are fish prints suitable for outdoor display?
A: Stickers are built for outdoor durability—being water-, scratch-, and UV-resistant, however pillows and prints are best for indoor display; prints use fine art and matte papers not designed for exterior conditions. 

Q: Can I reorder a past print or sticker later?
A: Yes, if you would like to reorder a past item. Contact us with your information and we will make available you previous purchase. 

Q: What types of fish species can I choose?
A: We feature a wide variety of species. If you do not see your species, Contact Us and will work on adding the artwork.
