Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our products our made to order and personalized—so we can’t accept returns/exchanges for change of mind or wrong selections. Need guidance? We’re here to help before you buy. Contact Us with any questions.

We’ll make it right if we made a mistake

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, Print My PB will provide a free replacement or a refund to your Print My PB balance (store credit).
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the “Contact Us” form and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo that shows the problem

Multiple items with the same design

If the issue affects several products using the same design, please include an additional photo or a short video showing all affected items in a single frame for confirmation.

Not eligible

  • Incorrect shipping address or delivery details entered at checkout

  • Ordering the wrong size, weight, style, or color

  • Change of mind after purchase
